Jakarta, June 22, 2016 – Ramadan is a good time to engage client relations retention. In conjunction with it, PT AA International Indonesia (AAI Indonesia) held an Iftar event with attendees by representatives of various leading insurance companies and non-insurance company that joined with AAI Indonesia.
The event titled “Togetherness in Ramadan” held in a new location AAI Indonesia at TIFA Building 10th Floor, Jl. Kuningan Barat 1 no. 26, South Jakarta. Event become rousing by an office tour which each floor presents a creation of decoration and showed characteristics of it.
Greeting speech by Eki Widiansyah, Chief Marketing Officer of AAI Indonesia, “Through this event, we are pleased to invigorate more client relations retention and concurrently to introduce our new location,” said Eki. With new location hold a comprehensive integration with intended to strengthen synergy between internal department of AAI Indonesia in order to providing the best service both clients and customers.
Brandon Heng, CEO of AAI Indonesia said, “The corporate relationship with client is very important. New location is part of our commitment to improve quality of service to clients and members.”
AAI Indonesia has cooperated with various insurance companies and non-insurance to handle up to 1.5 million members to date, and manages domestic and international medical claims with amount up to Rp385 billion over the period 2014-2015. Today AAI Indonesia also provides non-medical services assistance such Emergency Roadside Assistance (ERA) and Mobile Mechanic for general insurance companies, car manufacturers and car dealer networks.
