Gold Award for AA International Alarm Center in ICCA Summit 2016

PT AA International Indonesia (AA International) succeed to maintain its achievements in a prestigious event specialized for contact center practitioners, the ICCA Summit 2016. The event was held by Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA). Many top national companies competed to gain the award of the best contact center.

The contestant of the competition were more than leading 500 companies, both for corporate and individual category. The winner are divided into four grades such Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. For the corporate category itself, there was nine juries came from the member of Asia Pacific Contact Center Association (APPCAL) and international contact center practitioners.

AA International granted for Gold Award for The Best Contact Center Operation category with 84.18% achievement. Andi Anugrah, the Chairman of ICCA directly handed over the award to AA International. The Summit and awarding session was run at 25-26 August 2016. This award are complementing three Gold Award achievements in the last four years participation of AA International in the event for the best quality among the contact center institutions in Indonesia. Since the competition are getting tighter every year, this tribute are the heart of proud of AA International.

Marketing and Corporate Communication Manager of AA International, Andre Yoginata said, “We are so proud to have the Gold Award standard for our Alarm Center, a unique name for our Contact Center division. This award motivate in a great way for Alarm Center to keep on raising the service level to the members and also Indonesia.”

Further, he presented that Alarm Center provides their service to more than 6.000 calls in a month for claim management related to Medical Administration and Medical Evacuation, domestic and overseas cases. Alarm Center is the first-hand contacted by members in an emergency or urgent event, in terms of medical needs. “We are happy to join ICCA Summit since 2013 and receive lots of great input and points of improvement from the international juries of ICCA. We will come up with the best effort to elevate our service quality in our way to achieve Platinum Award,” he concluded. (FR)
